Membership credits are non-refundable and non-transferable. Class pack credits expire according to the validity period specified at purchase. Unlimited memberships are valid for the stated period from purchase date.
Classes must be cancelled at least 12 hours before the scheduled start time. Late cancellations within the 12-hour window will result in credit forfeiture. No-shows will forfeit the booking credit.
Members on the waitlist will be notified by email if a spot becomes available. Members have a limited window to confirm their spot before it is offered to the next person on the waitlist.
MENDSPACE reserves the right to refuse service to any member who behaves in a manner that is disruptive, disrespectful, or harmful to other members or staff.
Members participate in all classes at their own risk. Please inform your instructor of any injuries or medical conditions before class. MENDSPACE is not liable for injuries sustained during studio activities.
Your personal information is collected and stored in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We will not share your information with third parties without your consent, except as required by law.
MENDSPACE reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the studio following notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
