How It Works

How do credits work?

Each class booking deducts one credit from your active membership. Reformer credits are tracked separately from mat class credits.

When do memberships expire?

Class packs expire based on their validity period from the purchase date. Monthly memberships renew each month until cancelled.

Can I use credits for any class?

Each Class Pack only covers the class types listed on it (e.g. the Yoga Class Pack covers Yoga & Prenatal Yoga only). To book a different class type, pay for a drop-in instead.

What happens if a class is full?

You can join the waitlist. If a spot opens, you'll receive an email notification and have a limited window to confirm.

Can I cancel a booking?

Yes, but cancelling or missing a class still uses up that class from your pack — there's no credit back, so please only book what you can make.

How do I pay?

Memberships are purchased via bank transfer (Dashen Bank). Drop-in classes can be paid at the studio. Your spot is confirmed once payment is verified.
